Gymnastics is very proud of our gymnasts. The spectacular talents of
our boys and girls have reached Division I College programs, national
and international titles, and the Olympics. We are highlighting our
Level 9 and 10 gymnasts.

TEAM PRACTICE SCHEDULE FOR 2011-12!
Congratulations to James Jindra (JJ) and Daniel Button for qualifying to the 2011 Mens Gymnastics National Championships. Both Daniel and JJ have earned this achievement with their hard work and dedication to the sport as well as the great coaching provided by Carlos (the men's head coach)
Our Boys Team was also home to Olympian Justin Spring, a former Capital athlete. Justin was trained at Capital by Carlos and Steve.
In addition to paving the road to the Olympics for an athlete, Capital coaches impressively prepare many of their athletes to be sought out for full scholarships to compete in college.
The boys program provides training for compulsory levels 4 – 6 and optional levels 7 – 10. The boys team also participates in the Future Stars program where they have had much success sending boys to regional and national competitions.
